Things to take note of

Dispatch Schedule

​

  • Our Whispering Tides coffee parcels are packaged and prepared to be sent out for delivery once or twice per week.

  • The reason for this schedule, is because our founder, lives on a farm where daily sent off of packages will not be possible.

  • But with this schedule, each order is packed with love and care before beginning its journey to each and every customer.

Standard Shipping

​

  • Delivery Timeframe: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Method: Standard courier delivery via The Courier Guy and PUDO lockers.​

​

Locker & Courier Options

​

  • PUDO Locker Delivery: Customers may collect from their nearest PUDO locker. You’ll receive a secure PIN via SMS/email once your parcel is ready.

  • Door-to-Door Courier: Available nationwide. Please ensure your street address is entered in full (street name, suburb, postal code) to avoid delays.

 

Notes

​

  • Orders placed just after a dispatch day will be sent with the next scheduled shipment.

  • Rural and outlying areas may require additional transit time beyond the 5–7 business day window.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your parcel is on its way.

 

Local Pickup

​

  • For customers near Somerset East, local pickup can be arranged by appointment. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll confirm a time.
